Methodology

The current reference artifact is gormes-agent: a Go-native agent runtime ported against Hermes behavior through small progress rows, failing tests, generated docs, and CI gates.

Toolkit

The planned agentic-porting-kit will extract the reusable planner, builder, parity-auditor, and TDD skill workflows so the method can be applied outside Gormes.
